Our Right and Our Duty

        The founding document of the United States of America is not the Constitution.  The United States were born with the signing of the Declaration of Independence.  The central point of the Declaration is that governments are formed by men to secure the inalienable rights given to them by their Creator.
     
"...that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed."

The Declaration of Independence goes on to say that if any form of government becomes destructive towards these ends, it is the right and the duty of the people to abolish that government, and to form a new government that will safeguard those rights: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.  It was with these rights in mind that the founding fathers wrote the first and second amendments to the Constitution.  The first to safeguard the right of the people to speak out against the government, and the second to give the people the means to preserve their freedom from any threat, external or internal. 
       The current government of the United States of America has infringed the right to free speech, labeling it as a hate crime.  It has taken away many of the weapons that keep of safe from all threats.  It has supported and funded the slaughter of millions of innocent unborn children.  And it has mortgaged our future, endangering our freedom by making our enemies our creditors.  If this government goes much farther, it will be the duty of the citizens of the United States of America to remake their country by any means necessary.  However, if the citizens do not exercise their right until it is to late, the entire world will follow the United States of America into slavery to their governments.
